Fantastic sales associate, Isaiah Taylor, he possesses great knowledge of the Hyundai my wife and I test drove and pointed out new items that our 2018 Santa Fe Sport didn't have. Since the color we wanted wasn't on the lot he proceeded to find out the incoming autos which ironically the color we wanted was included. So within a couple weeks we were driving our new car. This was a "NO" stress trade. Kudos to Reed Hyundai.

Good people, nice waiting area, and quick service. I liked the way they can texted you while you wait, so you will know if there are any issues that need your attention, and the chocolate bar is always nice as an added bonus.

Thankfully they were pretty quick considering that they seemed to be understaffed and there was a child throwing a ball off the wall, so I did not have to sit there all that long. I get having to take a child with you to work, but when I see elderly people walking around it concerns me for their safety.

During my recent appointment to have my car serviced (oil change and cabin filter replacement) everyone was helpful and courteous. I received a text suggesting one additional item for my car, which included the price. I opted to wait until my next service appointment concerned I would receive pressure to get this additional service. That never happened, after opting out no one tried to pressure me to pay extra. I'm very happy about that.
The check via text was fantastic. It is great to be met immediately by a service representative the moment you drive in to the service dock. Replaced four ties and balanced in approximately 2 hrs. This is prompt and great service. Was also told about a vehicle recall for my vehicle just received by the service department the same day and indicated this would also be fixed the same day but due to not having the part(s) on sight, I will be contacted once all parts are received. Can’t get any better than this. Also very comfortable waiting area.
Setting up an appointment online was easy as was the check in. Everyone was courteous and I appreciated being able to get in first thing in the morning.

Fast service and - perhaps most importantly (or complementary) - early hours so I was in and out by 8am instead of just getting started. Service was basic (oil change, tire rotation) but done quickly and efficiently.

The sales staff here were awesome and I've been calling dealerships in a 6 state region trying to find a car we wanted. we finally got down to Reed and they didn't have the car but after talking to them we decided to put a deposit down on a car that was coming in a month. I came in a bit frustrated that my front passenger side turn signal bulb had gone out yet again (that was twice on both front (driver and passenger side) blinkers/bulbs). I've otherwise been super happy with my 2015 Genesis - but to have to come in every 5-6 months to replace bulbs without any root cause or overall fix to the issue was something I was concerned/annoyed with. As a widow dealing with car maintenance for the first time, trust is vitally important. The staff is always clear about what is needed and why, and even when it can wait until the next visit. As a bonus, I have never been to Reed Hyundai that the staff wasn't exceptionally friendly and courteous. For instance, I mentioned that I wanted the car checked out because of an upcoming driving trip that I was taking. Even though someone else checked me out, Joseph wished me a "nice trip" as I was leaving. How thoughtful!

People there were professional and casual, No high pressure tactics. The sales manager, Omid Nazari made certain that my few concerns with taking delivery of my vehicle were promptly and professionally resolved to my complete satisfaction. As a result, the purchase was not stressful at all and I got a fair deal. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership, and especially with Omid there, I certainly won't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle there, new or used.

I appreciate that your service department recommended that we resurface the rotors and I was not required to purchase new ones. This saves the environment and also saved me money.

Jordan quickly and pleasantly checked me in and out. When I made phone calls to inquire about what I needed to get done I was treated with respect. I had considered going to a dealership right by my home, but I was treated so poorly I chose to go the distance to Reed Hyundai.
My salesperson was good, the process was not. When I came in I gave them my acceptable terms and they took a couple of weeks to agree to my offer. Then the finance guy and the sales manager kept trying to upsell me to a higher cost. Took over two hours to finalize the paperwork.

Absolutely awesome experience. Greeted by several, opened doors for me, brought me a remote so I could use TV (I didn't ask). Service advisor texted me to say let him know if I had questions while I waited. Service done in record time. Even gave me a chocolate bar on my way out. I was so blown away.
